The Auraria Campus Bookstore Course Materials Department and Clicks! Copy Center @ the Tivoli has over 20 years of experience providing legal, timely preparation and copying of course materials.

Course packets are sold right along with text materials in the Auraria Campus Bookstore. Just like textbooks, our goal is to have course packets on the shelves prior to the start of classes. Here again, we need your help in achieving this goal.

Our system for customized course materials is as simple 1, 2, 3….

Step 1 (Only for Packets containing copy written material).
Provide a complete bibliography for all works to be included in the course packet.

Step 2
Complete a Course Packet Request Form. Please download and print out the PDF FORM and deliver it with your master copy to the Course Materials Department. Please allow 6-8 weeks to clear copyright permissions. This form can also be filled out in the book department when you bring in original copies. The staff is happy to help.

Step 3
Deliver a master copy of your course packet to the Course Materials Department. Please remember, the QUALITY of the packet we print depends on the quality of the master you provide us. Try to provide us with first generation copies whenever possible. You can also provide us with the original books or documents and we will make the master for you.

Special Orders
If a course pack is sold out, students may order a copy at the customer service desk. Most special orders are filled within 48 business hours.
