Auraria Campus Bookstore's Return Policy

A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!

Summer class books are now non returnable.

Last Day to return Fall textbooks is Saturday September 4th.

All textbooks or merchandise to be refunded must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Any damage to the merchandise not noted on the receipt is considered the responsibility of the customer, and voids the eligibility of refund.

Textbooks are eligible for a refund within two weeks from the offical semester start date during Fall and Spring semester. Summer textbooks may be returned within the first week of classes.

Textbooks and course materials purchased after the first two weeks of class are non returnable. This includes web and phone sales.

Textbooks purchased for early or late start classes, including Winterim and Maymester, may be returned within 2 days of the first day of classes.

There is a one-week return period for clothing, general books, supplies and other non-course materials merchandise.

ALL Purchases made by check must wait five business days for a cash refund.

Purchases made by credit card must be credited back to the same account number.

If you need to return an item or book by mail, please include a copy of the packing slip, the reason for the return, and a daytime phone number. Your credit card account will be credited. Returns should be sent to:
